10 Must Haves... For Any Trip

Okay, the passport is in hand, the flight is booked and the hotel is awaiting your arrival,  great! There's just one problem what are you supposed to pack? 

There's a limit for carry on's and your checked bag has a weight limit as well. Ugh, how frustrating there's all these amazing clothes people need to see and they won't be able to... 

Wait, wait, let's not panic people. 

I'm here to help, let's get those bags packed, shoes and makeup/hair care included. You can do this! I'll help you with this must have list for any vacation. 

Here are my 10 items to pack for any trip,  anywhere, any time of year:

1. Leggings/Sweats: super comfy and versatile. Best part they're easy to clean
2. Tank tops/T-shirsts: can be layered if it's chilly, easily able to wear multiple times 
3. Toiletry bag: keep all your hygiene items in one bag, minis are the best and they fit in the carry on
4. Sneakers/Trainers: super comfy and great for walking and excursions
5. Bathing suit/trunks: because a pool, ocean or lake is never too far away
6. Hoodie/Sweater/Jacket: It can always get cold outside or chilly in an indoor space and it helps if it rains
7. Bookbag: this is important, it holds your ID's, passport (which you should ALWAYS have with you) and items you may need throughout the journey
8. Cocktail attire: you never know who you will meet or what occasion may arise, have that one outfit that can be used dressed up or down
9. Open mind: this may not fit in the suitcase but it is needed for any visit to a new place whether it's domestic or international. An open mind can be the deciding factor between amazing new friendships and the worst vacation ever
10. Socks: yes, socks, you have no idea how many times I've traveled somewhere tropical and only have sandals or Toms only to go on an excursion and need socks. They're small but super important 

** Here's a bonus tip** make sure you have an adapter for any country you travel to. All outlets are not made equal. Your devices will thank you. 

Welp! These are my top 10 items for any trip. Dress them up or down, easy wash and wear. Super simple to carry and most importantly a great way to Travel with May.
